Taking a serious view of the recent controversy surrounding a statement by Punjab team captain Umar Akmal and a response from his team mate pacer Junaid Khan, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has constituted a three-member Inquiry Committee headed by GM Domestic Cricket Shafiq Ahmed to look into the matter. Other members of the committee are manager and coach of Punjab team playing in the ongoing Pakistan Cup at Pindi Stadium. The committee will submit its findings in this matter as early as possible, a PCB spokesman said here Friday.
